Términos y Condiciones

1. Aceptación y capacidad

Al crear o utilizar una cuenta, la persona confirma que leyó y aceptó estos términos y la Política de Privacidad. Debe tener al menos 18 años y capacidad legal para contratar. Si no está de acuerdo, no debe utilizar el servicio.

2. Finalidad del servicio

DINCR ayuda a registrar, organizar, analizar y proyectar información financiera. Sus cálculos, alertas, simulaciones y contenido generado con automatización o inteligencia artificial son orientativos y pueden contener errores.

3. No constituye asesoría profesional

El servicio no es un banco, entidad financiera, contador, asesor de inversiones, abogado ni asesor tributario. No ejecuta inversiones ni garantiza ahorro, rentabilidad, eliminación de deudas o resultados económicos. Las decisiones finales pertenecen al usuario, quien debe verificar la información y buscar asesoría profesional cuando corresponda.

4. Cuenta y seguridad

El usuario debe suministrar información correcta, proteger el acceso a su cuenta, mantener seguro su dispositivo y avisar sobre accesos no autorizados. No puede compartir cuentas, suplantar personas, intentar vulnerar el sistema ni usarlo con fines ilícitos.

5. Datos ingresados y autorizaciones

El usuario conserva la titularidad de sus datos y autoriza su tratamiento únicamente para prestar, mantener, proteger y mejorar las funciones solicitadas. Es responsable de contar con autorización cuando incorpore información de terceras personas.

6. Planes, promoción y pagos

El plan Gratis no tiene costo. Basic y VIP estarán disponibles gratuitamente hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2026. A partir del 1 de enero de 2027 sus precios mensuales de lanzamiento son ₡2.990 y ₡4.990, respectivamente. La promoción no genera cobros automáticos ni obliga a contratar. Para continuar con un plan pagado, el usuario deberá iniciar y confirmar un pago por el método disponible en ese momento.

7. Activación de planes pagados

Las compras de Basic y VIP todavía no están habilitadas. Cuando estén disponibles, la contratación dentro de la aplicación se realizará mediante Google Play o App Store, según el dispositivo, con las condiciones que se muestren antes de confirmar la compra. La promoción actual no inicia una suscripción ni genera un cargo automático.

8. Disponibilidad y cambios

El servicio puede cambiar, suspender funciones o presentar interrupciones por mantenimiento, seguridad, proveedores o causas fuera de control razonable. Los cambios materiales en precios o condiciones se informarán antes de aplicarse y podrán requerir una nueva aceptación.

9. Propiedad intelectual

El software, diseño, marca, contenido y modelos propios pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares. La cuenta otorga una licencia personal, limitada, revocable y no transferible para usar el servicio; no permite copiar, revender, descompilar o explotar indebidamente sus componentes.

10. Suspensión y cierre

Una cuenta puede suspenderse por fraude, abuso, incumplimiento, riesgo de seguridad o exigencia legal. El usuario puede dejar de usar el servicio y solicitar la eliminación de su cuenta y datos, sujeto a información que deba conservarse para cumplir obligaciones legales, resolver pagos o defender reclamaciones.

11. Responsabilidad

El servicio se presta con cuidado razonable, pero no se garantiza que sea ininterrumpido o completamente libre de errores. En la medida permitida por la legislación aplicable, no se responde por decisiones financieras tomadas exclusivamente a partir de estimaciones o datos incorrectos ingresados por el usuario. Esta cláusula no limita derechos irrenunciables del consumidor.

12. Legislación y contacto

Estos términos se interpretan conforme a las leyes de Costa Rica. Las dudas, solicitudes o reclamos pueden enviarse mediante la sección de Reportes o a soporte@dincr.com. Se procurará resolver cualquier diferencia de buena fe antes de acudir a las autoridades competentes.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance and capacity

By creating or using an account, the person confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy. They must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contract. If they do not agree, they must not use the service.

2. Purpose of the service

DINCR helps record, organize, analyze and project financial information. Its calculations, alerts, simulations and content generated with automation or artificial intelligence are for guidance only and may contain errors.

3. Not professional advice

The service is not a bank, financial institution, accountant, investment advisor, lawyer or tax advisor. It does not execute investments and does not guarantee savings, returns, the elimination of debts or financial results. Final decisions belong to the user, who must verify the information and seek professional advice when appropriate.

4. Account and security

The user must provide accurate information, protect access to their account, keep their device secure and report any unauthorized access. They may not share accounts, impersonate other people, attempt to breach the system or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Data entered and authorizations

The user retains ownership of their data and authorizes its processing solely to provide, maintain, protect and improve the features they request. The user is responsible for having authorization when they add information about third parties.

6. Plans, promotion and payments

The Free plan has no cost. Basic and VIP will be available free of charge until December 31, 2026. From January 1, 2027, their monthly launch prices are ₡2,990 and ₡4,990, respectively. The promotion does not generate automatic charges and does not oblige anyone to subscribe. To continue with a paid plan, the user will have to initiate and confirm a payment through the method available at that time.

7. Activation of paid plans

Basic and VIP purchases are not yet enabled. When they become available, in-app purchases will be made through Google Play or the App Store, depending on the device, under the conditions shown before the purchase is confirmed. The current promotion does not start a subscription or generate an automatic charge.

8. Availability and changes

The service may change, suspend features or experience interruptions due to maintenance, security, providers or causes beyond reasonable control. Material changes to prices or conditions will be announced before they apply and may require a new acceptance.

9. Intellectual property

The software, design, brand, content and proprietary models belong to their respective owners. The account grants a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use the service; it does not permit copying, reselling, decompiling or improperly exploiting its components.

10. Suspension and closure

An account may be suspended for fraud, abuse, breach of these terms, security risk or legal requirement. The user may stop using the service and request the deletion of their account and data, subject to information that must be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve payments or defend against claims.

11. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care, but it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or completely free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for financial decisions made exclusively on the basis of estimates or of incorrect data entered by the user. This clause does not limit consumers' non-waivable rights.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Questions, requests or complaints may be sent through the Reports section or to soporte@dincr.com. Every effort will be made to resolve any disagreement in good faith before turning to the competent authorities.
